Incredible plastic surgery transformation of girl whose face was ripped off in motorbike crash
A woman whose face was ''ripped off'' in a horror motorcycle crash has been transformed after cosmetic surgery.
Mint Keerati Yimprang suffered horrific facial wounds after the road accident in Bangkok, Thailand.
She feared she was scarred for life and lost her self-confidence - often afraid to look in the mirror at the damage.
But she says her life has been transformed after incredible reconstructive surgery in South Korea.
Mint, a nurse, said: ''I suffered a very bad motorcycle accident. My face was very badly damaged. It was almost ripped off and I lost my beauty.
''Although I didn't get ill, I had to face a nightmare every time I saw myself in the mirror.''
Mint appeared on a TV show called ''Let me in 2 Thailand'' and producers sent her for the treatment in plastic surgery ''mecca'' Seoul, South Korea.
After several operations, Mint's are now virtually invisible and she says she can lead a normal life.
She added: ''The damage was so bad that I almost could not have the surgery done. And it was also very, very expensive.
''But the miracle door opened for me and I had the chance to live a normal social life again.
''After the surgery my mother saw me for the first time and she patted my face, she could hardly believe it. She was so full of love.
''Where there used to be a large scar from the motorbike accident now it has gone. I feel like a beautiful girl again.''
